Company partnerships start at the standard Kove plan rate plus 15%, with the add-on ranging based on your organization's size and needs. Volume discounts are available for larger teams. Employees receive full access to Kove's platform, or a defined tier agreed upon with your organization. This includes all core features - account linking, budgeting, cash flow tracking, goal setting, and KoveAI.

No - Kove invoices the company directly for employee access. If your organization prefers, employees can also purchase access individually and seek reimbursement through your existing expense or benefits process. Either way, Kove only accepts payment from one source per account.

No. By partnering with Kove, your organization is providing access - nothing more. Kove does not share any employee financial data, usage patterns, or wellness reports with employers. Employee data is private, full stop.

Employees sign up directly through the Kove web app. Onboarding is simple - your organization receives either a unique sign-up code or a verified company email domain that employees use to activate their access. No IT setup required.

Getting started is fast. Once your partnership is confirmed, employees can be onboarded same-day via a sign-up code or company email verification. There's no complex integration or IT involvement needed on your end.
